The entire process typically takes 4 to 6 months of dedicated work. Each pillar builds on the one before it. We do not move to the next stage until the current stage is stabilized.

Before a client is accepted into The Peace Protocol, they must meet specific readiness criteria. This work requires a high degree of personal responsibility. During the initial breakthrough call, we assess the following.

Responsibility Over Reassurance

You are willing to take absolute responsibility for your internal state. This work requires people who can tolerate truth without needing it softened.

Desire for Change Over Comfort

You are seeking actual transformation — a real shift in how you live and lead. If you are still deciding whether you want comfort or change, it may be better to wait.

Building the Sensation Vocabulary

You are trained to locate and name physical sensations (tension, temperature, movement) rather than just labeling emotions. You learn the 90-Second Rule to process chemical emotional rushes without attaching stories to them.

Untangle yourself from unconscious thought patterns, cognitive biases, and trauma hustles.

Once the nervous system is stabilized, the mind becomes pliable. Most people believe their thoughts are reality. Separation trains you to observe thought instead of being controlled by it.

We dig deep to uncover the foundational core beliefs driving your reactions. We map your specific 'wound behaviors' — the maladaptive coping mechanisms you developed in childhood to survive — and bring them into conscious awareness.

We move beyond basic regulation into deeper somatic tracking. You learn to track the physical origin of your core beliefs in the body and use targeted breathwork and movement to release the somatic anchor of those beliefs.

We utilize the Shame Release framework and Resentment Inventories. You learn to distinguish between guilt (I did something bad) and shame (I am bad), and we process the somatic weight of these emotions.

We map your core wounds and establish a 'Trigger Pause' protocol so you stop reacting automatically to external stimuli.

Stabilize Identity

Consciously build and embody the version of you who already lives in peace, utilizing neuroplasticity.

Once the mind is no longer fused with fear, identity becomes adjustable. Most people live from an identity shaped by past stress and survival. Installation allows you to deliberately choose your new operating system.

Identity becomes real through action. Embodiment is the process of behaving consistently from the installed identity, even before external results appear. This stage relies on the science of behavioral conditioning, neuroplasticity, and cognitive dissonance.
