This is not a guided meditation. This is not box breathing. This is a fully somatic, experiential breathwork practice that moves stored trauma, tension, and emotional energy out of the body at a cellular level.

What Happens in a Session

Trauma Release Breathwork (BBTRS®) is an active, body-based breathing practice. You will breathe in a specific connected pattern while Jen guides you through the session. The breath activates the autonomic nervous system and begins to release stored tension, suppressed emotion, and trauma that the body has been holding — sometimes for years or decades.

This is deeply experiential work. Every session is different. Some people experience intense physical releases — shaking, tingling, temperature shifts, involuntary movement. Others experience deep emotional waves — grief, anger, relief, joy. Many experience both. The body knows exactly what it needs to process. Your job is to breathe and allow.

Jen has facilitated thousands of breathwork sessions and holds advanced training in this modality. She creates a safe, held space where your nervous system can finally let go of what it has been carrying.

Virtual

Zoom Breathwork Session

A fully guided Trauma Release Breathwork session via Zoom. You breathe from the comfort of your own space while Jen guides you through the entire experience. Powerful, accessible, and deeply effective regardless of location.
